Who is this for?

Acting for Kids and Teens is for any student hoping to grow in confidence in his or her ability to communicate ideas and stories clearly through theatrical expression.

What will you learn?

Students enrolled in Acting at Beautiful Feet Studio will learn how to use their facial expressions, body language, sound, and the power of inference to communicate ideas and tell stories. As students learn and present monologues, and collaborate with others, they’ll shape their “actor instruments”, gain focus and self-awareness, develop stage presence, and grow in confidence.

What do you need?

Students enrolled in Acting can wear comfortable clothing that expresses personality but does not restrict movement. Do you not chew gum or bring food or drinks besides sealed bottled water to class. The instructor may ask children to bring particular inspirational props from around the home on occasion. Please bring a journal and writing pen to class each session.

Is there a trial for the class?

Yes! Any first time Beautiful Feet Studio of Dance & The Arts member is invited to try one class for free as long as there is space available in the class. You must be pre-registered for the class and you may check space availability for a free trial with a friendly member services assistant by calling 281-456-3338 (FEET).
