Baylor University graduate Kalette Alspaugh earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree while completing the 4 year Baylor Interdisciplinary Core Honors Program. With a lifetime of leadership experience ranging from performing arts to Biblical studies, and from international travel to business leadership development, Kalette has been in management for companies ranging in yearly sales of 5 to 190 million dollars, leading teams ranging in size from 10 to 400 people. Since she was 15 years old, Kalette knew that one day she would create and own a dance studio of a different kind. Though invigorated by many forms of the arts, she was particularly drawn to dance, beginning studio classes at the age of 7 and continuing group and solo performances presently into her adulthood. Earning a multitude of awards and holding many leadership positions, Kalette, more than anything, values the experiences she gains when teaching others… sharing the joy of dance with her students. Kalette has not only taught dance in schools and studios, volunteered hundreds of hours teaching dance in churches, and has been on stage in front of thousands of audience members, but she also has performed in parks and nursing homes, and more notably, shared the gift of dance which knows no language barrier internationally in small villages of Uganda and Nicaragua. Filled with gratitude, Kalette is overjoyed to introduce you to her team and invites you to join a class and step into the unique experience that Beautiful Feet Studio of Dance & The Arts has to offer. She, put very simply, desires to “bring good” to you and your family through the arts and invites you to be a part of a community that does the same for others!
